All abstracts must be submitted online by midnight (Central European Time) on Sunday, 1 March 2026.

Please note that abstracts will only be formally accepted into the program once the presenting author has paid the registration fee by Sunday, 3 May 2026.

Abstract Submission Details

Abstracts should follow the instructions described in the Abstract Guidelines available here.

All submissions will be considered for poster presentation. If the preferred presentation format selected is oral, every effort will be made to accommodate an oral presentation. However, the International Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign a different presentation type if deemed more appropriate or if program space is limited.

Please note that your submission will only be saved once the process is fully completed by clicking the “Submit” button at the end of the form.
No modifications will be possible after clicking “Submit”.

Please check the content of your abstract in the email of confirmation of your submission. If you notice a problem, please inform the webmaster.

If you plan to submit more than one abstract, submit them separately. You will receive an email for each submission.

Abstract Review

All abstracts will be peer reviewed by members of the 7th ICSPP International Scientific Committee.

To ensure that each submission is reviewed by the most appropriate team, the Committee may reassign an abstract to a different session category or title.

Abstract acceptance will be based on scientific quality, operational relevance, and methodological rigor. The Committee will also consider thematic balance when selecting abstracts for oral presentation.
